Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 100g sugar⠀
- 50g brown sugar⠀
- 200g dark chocolate⠀⠀
- 200g salted butter
- 2 tbsp flour⠀⠀
- 25ml whipping cream⠀
- 10g salted butter
- 20g sugar

Recipe
- Preheat your oven to 210°C/410°F. ⠀⠀
- Heat the 25ml of whipping cream in the microwave. In a saucepan, make a caramel with the 20g of sugar. When the caramel is golden, add the liquid cream little by little and mix well with a whisk. Finally, add 10g of salted butter. Set aside your caramel in a small bowl. ⠀
- In a bowl, mix the eggs and the two sugars (100g of white sugar & 50g of brown sugar).
- Melt the dark chocolate with the salted butter and add it to the egg/sugar mixture. Add the caramel.
- Finally, add the flour. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Pour everything into a buttered and floured mold and bake for 5min at 210°C/410°F then 35min at 130°C/265°F. ⠀⠀⠀
