This recipe of Quick Puff Pastry is from a French (beautiful) Pastry book called « Le Grand Livre de la Viennoiserie ». It is super easy to do & the pastry texture is great!
Quick Puff Pastry
Prep time: 30min | Cook time: 40min
- Put all the ingredients in the food processor with the hook. Knead 3 minutes at speed 1.
- Spread the dough on a work surface, make 2 simple turns. Reserve for 2 hours.
- Perform 3 Single Tours. Reserve in the fridge!
