Milk Chocolate Praliné Cake

Ingredients 

  • 3 eggs
  • 85g brown sugar ⠀
  • 150g Milk Chocolate Praliné
  • 80g butter
  • 60g flour⠀⠀
  • 10g baking powder
  • 50g milk chocolate chips
  • 50g crushed hazelnuts

A very soft cake, easy to make & that will please everyone, introducing: the Milk Chocolate Praliné Cake!

Prep time: 15min | Cook time: 45min | 6 to 8 people

Recipe 

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/340°F. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs and brown sugar. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  3. Melt the praline chocolate and the butter and add them to the previous mixture. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  4. Then add the flour and baking powder, then the crushed milk chocolate. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  5. Pour everything into a buttered and floured mold and place the crushed hazelnuts on top.
  6. Bake for about 45min at 170°C/340°F (check with the tip of aknife) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
