Ingredients
- 120 g de beurre.
- 60 g de chocolat au lait.
- 140 g de chocolat noir.
- 2 œufs entiers.
- 150 g de sucre.
- 40 g de farine.
- 2 pincées de fleur de sel.
- 125 g de noix de pécan.
- 80 g de sucre.
- 20 g d’eau.

Recipe
- Preheat your oven to 180°C / 355°F & Butter the mold.
- Bring the water and sugar to a boil to prepare a caramel. When it gets golden, pour in the pecans and mix to coat them. Let them cool then cut them into pieces.
- Melt the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and butter in the microwave, keeping about 40 g for the end.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar. Add the melted chocolates, then the flour, salt, and mix with a spatula.
- Add the caramelized pecans cut into pieces and the rest of the dark chocolate.
- Bake 25 to 30 min!
